The purpose of this study was to evaluate the organizational readiness for ERP implementation in Alborz Youth and Sports departments. This research is applied in terms of results and descriptive in terms of aims. The study population included all managers, deputies and experts in charge of Alborz Youth and Sports departments with almost 180 people. Total population sampling was used and 164 valid questionnaires were analyzed. For organizational readiness assessment, the researcher made questionnaire of Mohammad Ali et al. (1392) was used (total reliability =0.85). To analyze data, after confirmation of data distribution using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, descriptive and inferential statistics including frequency and mean as well as t-test and Friedman test were used in SPSS software (significance level= 0.05.). Results showed that organizational readiness for ERP implementations in Alborz Youth and Sports departments is desirable and only the human factor is not desirable. Among readiness factors, the factor ‘technology’ ranked as the first factor and ‘human factor’is in last place. Finally, The results of this study can help to identify organization areas of weaknesses in each dimension and consider preparation plans to cover those areas before system deployment.
